EASIGEN-DS presented at the SCSOmics 2025
From 9-12 September the Single Cell and Spatial Omics 2025, organised by KU Leuven and the LISCO -KU Leuven Institute for Single Cell Omics, took place in Leuven, Belgium. This landmark four-day confernce brought together researchers, innovator and clinicians to explore and share the latest advancements in the field of single-cell and spatial multi-omics.
The program for this year included keynote lectures, technical workshops and poster sessions including topics ranged from spatial transcriptomics, multi-model data integrations and clinical applications from oncoloy to neurology. Find more details about it here
EASIGEN-DS was featured during the conference through a presentation by Alexander Sudy, PhD student from Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, one of EASIGEN-DS’s partner institutions. The talk, titled “Single-Nucleus and Spatial Transcriptomics Reveal Sustained Microglial Activation in Post COVID-19 Condition,” showcased cutting-edge transcriptomic approaches and highlighted the interdisciplinary research fostered by the EASIGEN-DS network.
