The third edition of the EASIGEN-DS newsletter is out
The EASIGEN-DS consortium is pleased to announce the release of the third edition of the project newsletter.
This issue opens with a insights into the future research infrastructure, EASIGEN, and the ongoing work on its design, this time focusing on the advances on the structure and the three complementary platforms that will compose it.
Readers will also find insights into the activities that have taken place, events that have been organised internally and externally and an overview of key achievements from the past six months.
The “Across the Nodes” section highlights achievements and user stories from across our network, including a feature from one of our German nods on their newly developed computation tool that reveals hidden overlaps between cells in tissue data, and insights into NGS in virology from latent HSV-1 to COVID-19 from Ruđer Bošković Institute from the Croatian node.
